I hadn’t expected four online sessions with Alexandra to make such a difference, but they really did. When I started working with her, I was coming out of a very low patch and also hadn’t exercised in a few months following my second-ever MS attack a few months earlier.
I'd been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis back in 2001 and had been going along fine using food as medicine and targeted nutritional supplements. However, my energy levels were lower all the time, and my right leg had become weak to the point where I couldn’t dance anymore—which is one of my joys.
From the first Zoom chat, I felt comfortable with Alexandra and decided to go ahead with four weekly AO Scanner sessions. I was sceptical going in to see Alex, I did not know a lot about inner healing, or Manifesting Wellness but I thought why not give it a try as I was feeling very rundown, anxiety and in pain all the time with fibromyalgia, OA and Arthritis.
